Professor Ngoc-Thanh Nguyen has been invited to act as "Associate Editor" of the journal "IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems": https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/RecentIssue.jsp?punumber=6221021. IT is one of the oldest periodicals of the IEEE association - currently has an Impact Factor of 9.3 and belongs to the Q1 class of the Scopus database. Its annuall acceptance rate is less 10%. Professor Nguyen has been the "Associate Editor" since June 2020 and is responsible for the selection process of articles in the area of decision-making systems and multi-agent systems.
